A residential complex with a total of 322 residential units and an underground car park with 358 individual parking spaces including outdoor facilities is being built on the site. The construction of the rising building elements will take place in further construction phases.
We are carrying out the structural work on building section C: two basement levels are being built, in which the underground car park (two levels), the technical rooms, the waste and bicycle storage rooms and the cellar compartments are located. The above-ground portion of the building sits ring-shaped on the basement levels, with 5 full stories.
The building will be constructed in reinforced concrete.
